Full-bodied with some richness of texture, warming and intense. Touches of candied orange peel, aromatic herbs and black fruits. Black cherry red with a slight tawny rim.
Roasted meats, duck in orange sauce, casseroles, ham and charcuterie (cold cuts), mature and semi-mature cheeses.

This wine is aged in French oak barrels for 13 months and then a further 2 months in American oak barrels to maximum it's crianza ageing.
As this wine has not been filtered in any way, some sediment may appear in the bottle as a result of its natural state.
